Zilla was Eilidh's daughter. She was a lovely sweet natured girl, always wagging her tail and always happy. Sadly Zilla had to be put to sleep recently after a very short illness - she wagged her tail to the end and things seem strange without her behind me trying to trip me up all the time....

Dana was the start of it all. I managed to be sensible enough to contact a breed club when I decided to get a puppy, and was put in touch with Margaret Litherland of Oakhouse Labradors. If only I had known how well bred she was in her younger days! She made a fabulous pet though; she was my companion through some hard times and some good times. I have much to be thankful to her for. She inspired my love of labradors (and all their naughty ways!), and she was much mourned and missed loads by our family when she was put to sleep in 2006 after a short illness.
